Política de reembolso
Payments for commissions are made upfront and hold both on Shopify and PayPal account until you have your item and are 100% happy with it. You may be eligible for a split payment: half before making the painting and the other half + shipping after the commission is completed, for example. We will be in touch so we can be sure about your satisfaction.
There's a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (except for commissioned paintings).

Damages and issues (please read)
Custom packages and big paintings will have insurance to protect the paintings. Please inspect your order upon reception. When you get your package and you're asked for signature, type if the package is damaged: just type on the signature field "the package is damaged". If you sign the reception of a damaged package with a regular signature, they consider it is customer's fault. After adding the note to the signature, contact me immediately so we can evaluate the issue, claim the insurance policy and make it right.
If you made two purchases and want to combine them, contact me to refund the proportional fee and combine the shippings.
