Payments

Payments for commissions are made upfront. If you want to pay with installments, you can use PayPal or Klarna payments. We will be in touch so we can be sure about your satisfaction.

Payments for orders are made in the moment you place the order. For installments chack out Klarna Pay Later or Klarna Pay in 3.

Returns

Since most items are made to order, no returns are available. I won't ship any product until we are sure it is perfect for your needs. However, if you have any unsatisfactory circumstances, I am happy to fix them.

Damages and issues (please read)

Oil paintings and commissions

Your package is fully insured. Every oil painting and commission is covered with full insurance protection for your peace of mind. It will be shipped signature required to be sure it is handed to a person with proper care.

With over 500 successful shipments completed (and only a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved), it's extremely unlikely that you'll experience any problems with your delivery.

However, in the rare event that your package arrives damaged:

  1. Sign with "the package is damaged" and take photos: if you just take photos after the package is delivered to you, the company may claim the issue is the recipient's fault. To avoid this, when you sign upon reception, write "the package is damaged" along your signature.
  2. Contact me within 48 hours of delivery at support@alaiganuza.com
  3. Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved
  4. I'll work with you directly to file an insurance claim and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.

Prints

If the prints got damaged in the mail, I will send you new prints without any extra cost. The recipient must send proof of damage to start the process.
