In "Strawberries," I wanted to capture the radiant glow of ripe fruit by pushing the colors beyond simple reds. I used a mix of fiery oranges, deep magentas, and neon pinks to define the berries, making them pop against the soft, textured yellow and mint background.

I built up the texture using thick, sculptural brushwork that gives each strawberry a physical weight and 3D presence. This is a one-of-a-kind physical artwork, created directly on a rigid wood panel that I hand-primed in my studio for a high-quality, lasting finish. It is a physical artifact of my process, not a reproduction.
