With "Plant in Studio Sink," my main goal was to paint light itself. I wanted to capture the glow of that warm, bubbly Ikea lightbulb that almost everyone has in their home, shining down on a quiet studio corner.

It was a tricky painting to execute because there were multiple light sources in the room fighting for attention, but untangling them became a truly pleasant project. The result is a piece that feels cozy, lived-in, and glowing with a familiar warmth. Now available as a renewed print to bring that same cozy atmosphere to your space.
